Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom. Master bedroom sliding glass doors lead to a private patio. Large laundry room has washer and dryer, along with a small folding counter. Bonus feature is a one-car garage. For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this is a ground-floor unit, it is not ADA compliant. We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval.
