Ask our Reservationists about two days for the price of one admission tickets to the Monterey Bay Aquarium when you book this home! The home has views over rooftops to Monterey Bay, is only 1 block from the stunning shoreline and just minutes to downtown, Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Upon arrival you will be greeted with complementary wine and cheese, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear. Living Room: Gas fireplace, a 50” HDTV with Blue Ray DVD player . Adjacent Sun Room: Walls of glass, partial bay views, 4 wicker chairs around a glass-topped table. Kitchen: Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove top. Dining Room: Wall of glass doors, long wooden table with upholstered chairs can seat 12-15. Family Room: Wet bar, full sleeper sofa. Guest bedroom #1: Two twins (converts to a king with Memory Foam topper). Guest bathroom #1: Tub-shower combination. Second Floor: Alcove with a day bed that sleeps one guest, a 40” HDL TV, Blue Ray DVD and video library. Master Bedroom: Water views, king bed, electric fireplace, double-width window bed. Master bath has a deep soaking tub with shower, 2 sinks and a walk-in closet. Guest bedroom #2: Queen bed. The Dormer room can sleep up to 4 guests in the queen bed and two twin beds. Guest bathroom #2: Tub-shower combo is available for the upstairs guest bedrooms. A fenced back yard with mature trees, has a brick patio with a table, chairs and a gas grill. Garage for 2 cars.
