Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1, just off the Kitchen, contains two double size futons. With the option of unfolding both, the room turns into one great big mattress. Perfect for a bunch of kiddos. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both have double beds. The Living Room contains a double sofa bed, as well as a single unfolding ottoman bed. The Sunporch has two queen size pull-out sofa beds and a single unfolding ottoman bed. We provide our guests with bedding and linen. Well equipped Kitchen: Electric stove, refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, mixer, blender, waffle iron, popcorn popper, crock pot, tea kettle and coffee maker.
