Whiton Hall is a unique Victorian building which offers affordable dorm-style rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Each room comes furnished with a full size bed, desk, desk chair, dresser, bookcase, mini fridge and a microwave. Each room is pre-wired for internet and cable. The shared lounge features free high speed internet and free cable. Rooms are available furnished or unfurnished Whiton Hall is located less than five minutes from the Green Street bus stop (buses run every 15 - 20 minutes to Cornell and Ithaca College). Parking is available for $50 a month (parking leases must run with the length of the apartment lease). Rent includes heat, water and trash removal.
