Points will be awarded for: • Submitting a portfolio • Commitment to craft/art • Commitment to community involvement • Level of experience/training. CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT CENTER The ground floor will offer a public-use space to foster the creative entrepreneurial spirit. Designed as flex space, the CEC will be able to host gallery space, meeting space, presentation resources, and a storefront with first preference to residents.
