If you enjoy a great movie or favorite show, the unit has whole house cable and Wi-Fi and the living room features a flat-screen Smart TV, so you can easily access your own Netflix or Hulu account or any other online streaming services you subscribe to. Each bedroom also has a mounted flat screen smart TV for relaxing in bed. Water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and cable TV are all included. The unit is located on the 4th floor to take advantage of the views but also easily accessible from the secure underground parking garage by elevator. The building is known for its security with various gated points of entry, a video intercom system for visitors, and convenient marked parking stalls, of which two dedicated parking stalls are included during your stay. Once your car is parked in the underground parking garage, you will not have to move it unless venturing out to explore other Southern California beach towns like Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, or Malibu, all of which are easy day trips.
