WAIT LIST - Three Bedroom - We are currently on an undetermined waitlist time for our standard 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom garden apartments. The estimated wait list time is 9 months plus. If you are flexible with a move in time and are interested in our 3BR then you will need to get placed onto the waiting list. You can do this by filling out an application to go through the approval process. Please note that anyone 18 years of age or older will need to fill out an application as they will be required to go on lease. There is a full- size bathroom off of the hallway and another full-size bathroom off off the master bedroom. The apartment offers plenty of storage/closet space (coat closet, 2 linen closets and a large oversized walk in closet directly off of the master bedroom). The community offers: Three stocked ponds which we allow fishing out of (catch and release only please) A fitness center Swimming pool We are a pet friendly community and your furry friend(s) are certainly welcome with an additional deposit(s) and fee(s). There are breed restrictions so please inquire with staff for a list of restricted breeds Please note that second floor apartments have weight restrictions for dogs - maximum projected full grown weight cannot exceed 49 pounds.
