Rental scams have been around for a while, but seem to be increasing lately. Please notify us of suspicious activity. These scams involve con artists representing themselves as home owners renting their home. They send a contract and ask for a security deposit sent as a cashiers check or money order. Please report these to us. They are scams. If you have been scammed or believe there is a scam, please contact your local authorities and let us know.
